About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist at Oktima, you will be the bridge between our product and our customers — helping them succeed from the very first evaluation through to production deployment and beyond. You will work hand in hand with our engineering team, gaining deep knowledge of the platform and translating that expertise into clear guidance, quality assurance, and compelling learning materials that accelerate adoption and delight users.

What You'll Do

  • Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Technical SupportGuide prospective customers through technical evaluations and help existing customers get the most out of Oktima.
  • Testing & Quality AssuranceDesign and execute test plans across the platform, identify issues, and work with developers to ensure a polished, reliable product.
  • DocumentationWrite and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation, guides, and release notes.
  • Demos, Tutorials & ExamplesBuild showcase projects, step-by-step tutorials, and reference examples that help customers learn the platform quickly and confidently.
  • Collaboration with the Development TeamWork closely with engineers to understand new features, communicate customer feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Location

This is an on-site position based at our offices in Verona, Italy. Relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
